MONDAY: POWER FLOW 45MIN
Time: 4:30pm(PT), 6:30pm(CT), 7:30pm(ET)
A class for all! This will be taught to open level, beginner friendly. We’ll work in grounding postures with the opportunity to flow them on our own to the breath. We’ll mostly work standing with the opportunity to “cool down” with the hour long restorative class offered 15 minutes after.

MONDAY: RESTORATIVE YOGA
Time: 5:30pm(PT), 7:30pm(CT), 8:30pm(ET)
A practice of slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. We’ll spend a few minutes in each relaxing postures with the goal of composing the body and calming the mind, deepening mind/body connection. I will be doing a lot less “explaining” once the posture is set up so that students will have the opportunity to be with themselves in the experience the shape offers them. Don’t be fooled, restorative yoga IS a workout. Going slow can be a lot more challenging than speeding up and missing all the details, how can you challenge yourself to not go through the motions of your life?

WEDNESDAY: SLOW FLOW YOGA
Time:12pm (PT), 2pm (CT), 3pm (ET)
This will be an intermediate Vinyasa Flow class with a deeper focus on details of the postures. We'll spend more time holding shapes to go further into the experience they offer. One of the more challenging classes on the schedule. How can you be specific? What is different about today? Where can you go deeper with yourself?

WEDNESDAY: CORE FLOW YOGA
Time: 5:30pm (PT), 7:30pm (CT), 8:30pm (ET)
I cannot be more excited to teach this class! This flow will be based on working the core! An advanced flow class with tons of core work sprinkled in throughout. We’ll flow, we’ll crunch, and even an opportunity to go upside down. Try something new, or work on advancing previous integrated skills. It’s going to be fun and we’re in it together!

FRIDAY: FAST FLOW YOGA  - INSTAGRAM LIVE CLASS!!!
Time: 4pm(PT), 6pm (CT), 7pm (ET)
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class with the goal of keeping it moving. We'll really find the definition of "Flow." Allowing the postures to build in challenge while supported by the breath. We’ll take the postures twice: once for alignment another time to the breath. Perhaps you begin to throw the rules out the window and move in a way that feels best.

SATURDAY: FLOW AND FEEL YOGA
Time: 9am(PT), 11am(CT), 12pm (ET)
This class will be most similar to the class I teach at Y7 studio. We’ll take each flow three times building on the work. The goal in Flow and Feel is to give yourself a place to feel things that need to be felt. Carving out space in the postures so that when it’s time to flow them on your own, there’s no question of where to go next.

SUNDAY: FLOW AND RESTORE YOGA
Time: 4:30pm(PT), 6:30pm(CT), 7:30pm(ET)
A beginner friendly yoga class. For 30 minutes we’ll Flow and for 30 minutes we’ll restore. A compressed version of the Monday class. A little of both to even your Sunday and restore a sense of compassion for self.
